Identification of fishery resources of public waters and rational use of resources covering aquatic ecosystems flooding, inundated (natural and artificial lakes), swamps, estuaries and ecotonic areas based on concepts of function and ecosystem structure for the life of aquatic organisms. examines the conservation of marine fisheries resources in various cases related to coastal fisheries resources (insore) and offshore marine fisheries. The principles of water carrying capacity and natural production patterns as well as biodiversity considerations in aquatic ecosystems and marine fisheries form the basis for utilization, control and regulation for optimizing fishery resources.
